Q: @skinnyminis
A: Yes, because your metabolism burns the energy you consume(cals), and you are not consuming energy anymore, your metabolism has nothing to burn. The best way to speed it back up is to give your met something to burn. Make sense?
Q: Will eating at 1800 make you overweight or is that a typical maintenance intake for someone of a healthy weight? Furthermore is 1400 enough for the average body?

A: Okay, first off. The healthy daily cal intake for a female is 2000, and 2500 for a male. (1/4)
(2/4) So you need to focus on that for a second before you continue reading this. 2000-2500 calories, guys.
1800 will not make you overweight, and it's insane to think it will, because 1200 is considered an extreme goal. 1200 is extreme, guys.
Q: @honeyki94420465 Okay so this may be wierd but How long could I go for without eating before I pass out? Like what's the sweet spot?
I remember that full house episode were DJ passed out because she didn't eat for a week, but is that true?
A: No. it’s not true at all. Is it possible for you to pass out after one week? 100%.
I personally have fasted for 47 days before. But I didn’t drink only water.
It really depends on the person, and how well that person knows their body.
Q: @DeathlySkeletal I was just wondering if there are any weight loss supplements (ACV, turmeric, etc) or diet pills (hydroxycut, garcinia cambogia, etc) that actually work?
A: This is a loaded question, but I'll do my best to keep my answer short-ish. (1/3)
(2/3) Some pills are made specifically to help people with a bmi of 30+ and some are made specifically to help those with a bmi of under 30. So first, you need to find the one that will actually work. Another thing about diet pills, is they work, but-
Q: @Beans4901 If I eat a meal a day (usually under 500 cal)
And I burn about 1,000 cal a day.
Will I lose weight?
I’m not even sure what to eat that’s safe
A: Yes. Omad and exercising that much is not safe though, so please be careful. But that is a -500 next, (1/2)
(2/2) and with a -500 not including your bmr, which can range from (1600-2700), it’s literally impossible not to lose weight.
Would you like me to list foods that are good for an omad of this type? I can do that in another answer for you as well. Stay safe 😊
Q: @DeathlySkeletal what kind of things would you limit instead?
A: This is going to be a response that you probably already know, but its the truth, and it works. Sugary drinks, white bread, candy, sweets, beer(bloating like a mofo), starchy foods(potatoes, yes chips too) (1/2)
(2/2) Ice cream(halo top excluded obvi), Fruit juices (These are worse than a lot of ppl realize!), processed foods, pizza(almost everything on pizza is processed and gross), coffee that has flavors(Cause fuckload of cals, btw. ew.)
