In order to believe in critical race theory, you must also believe in white supremacy. You have to believe that white people are so superior, that they can oppress people simply by existing, while minorities are too weak and inferior to overcome white people...existing.

You must also believe that white people are such a powerful force that they must be held responsible for everything they do, everything their ancestors did, AND everything minorities do. Simultaneously, minorities aren't responsible for any of that, not even their own behavior.

It's paternalistic and demeaning. And...racist. That crap does not need to be taught in schools or taught anywhere at all, for that matter.

Interpreting everything and everyone through a racial lens is toxic, destructive foolishness. History should have taught us that much.
