This country, its elected officials, our law enforcement agencies need to do their job in protecting women, minorities, even children from such crimes.

To everyone here claiming I'm sympathizing with rapists, calm the fuck down. All I'm asking is we need to push to fix the system.
Punish all criminals (can't believe I have to say this), but
FIX the system.
