1/ People send me stuff and, if I can, I try to find out the facts. Some jobs are easy. Some are impossible and could get me hurt. Here are a few of things I’m “hearing” about @lpoolcouncil under @Mayor_anderson OBE’s firm hand as Captain good ship Cunard;

2/ one very powerful, highly paid @lpoolcouncil employee has their partner on the payroll at a firm that’s won millions of pounds in Liverpool contracts from their department, allegedly. And she’s never done a day’s work for them. Great graft, if you can get it. #WeShineTheLight

3/ another @lpoolcouncil high ranking planning officer has their partner on the payroll of a very successful #Liverpool property developer, while they decide whether to grant permissions for their partner’s employer, allegedly.And they don’t feel the need to declare this interest

4/ one elected @lpoolcouncil representative of #Liverpool citizens, makes a very good living as a “consultant”, lining up lucrative land deals from the City council, for their mates and family, allegedly, for a fee they’ll tell you what’s “available” and “make sure” you get it.

5/ another very senior #Liverpool elected official’s been dishing out tens of thousands of pounds in “grants” and “loans” to their family and friends, instead of for the benefit of their community. And when @lpoolcouncil found out “nothing happened” #WeShineTheLight
