Itâs fall so I made apple muffins! Some w/ cinammon nut crumb topping, some dusted with coconut sugar (mom canât eat walnuts). Hybridized from a Rachel Mansfield recipe.

Homemade healthier tagalongs- also from Rachel Mansfieldâs blog. I left mine out and it got melty, but it was still 100/10.
I used half an apple for for baked apple cinammon oats this morning & the other half for apple cinammon cookies (which i ate with a lil oat ice cream)
