Survived back-to-back interviews so I made myself healthy GF chocolate muffin tops that the rest of my family is allergic to đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž

Recipe is from Liz Moody’s Instagram & they are insanely good!!
It’s fall so I made apple muffins! Some w/ cinammon nut crumb topping, some dusted with coconut sugar (mom can’t eat walnuts). Hybridized from a Rachel Mansfield recipe. 🍎

Homemade healthier tagalongs- also from Rachel Mansfield’s blog. I left mine out and it got melty, but it was still 100/10. 😋
I used half an apple for for baked apple cinammon oats this morning & the other half for apple cinammon cookies (which i ate with a lil oat ice cream) 😊
