MLB team playoff clinching / elimination announcement thread starts here.

Non playoff teams will be ranked 30-17 in the order that they get eliminated from playoff contention.
Final: Cleveland 10, Tigers 3

Which means I can get this thread going with the White Sox!

(I can't find a 2020 MLB generic postseason logo, so here's a 2016 one with the year scratched out)
Update: I found it. I don't think I have any White Sox followers but here you go.
Final: Rays 10, Orioles 6

Here. Take it. I'm already feeling enough pain tonight.
Final: Cardinals 7, Pirates 2

We have our first playoff elimination.

30th place: Pirates
Final from last night:
Dodgers 15, Rockies 6
Final from last night:
Athletics 6, Giants 0
Final from last night:
Twins 8, Cubs 1
Final: Astros 3, Diamondbacks 2

29th place: Diamondbacks
Final: Blue Jays 6, Phillies 3

That ends any playoff hopes for the Rangers.

T-27th place: Rangers
And the Blue Jays, with this win, actually kill two birds with one stone.

This win also shuts the playoff door on the Red Sox. (T-27th)
Final from earlier:
Padres 7, Mariners 4

With that, as predicted, the Yankees are in.
Final from last night:
Rockies 7, Giants 2

The Padres might have already been in, but this result eliminates any possibility of ties. That's why I waited.

Welcome to the party, Padres.
Final from last night:
Cleveland 5, White Sox 3
Final from last night:
Braves 11, Marlins 1
Final from last night:
Cardinals 5, Royals 0

The Royals finish 26th on the season.
Final: Phillies 12, Nationals 3

The 25th place Nationals will not get a chance to defend their title.
Final: Blue Jays 14, Yankees 1

At least the Nationals won't be alone. Their Beltway counterparts join them in the elimination room.

24th place: Orioles
Final: Twins 7, Tigers 6

They might have already been out based on their situation with those games vs STL, but this removes any doubt.

The Tigers finish 23rd.
THE BLUE JAYS ARE IN! THE BLUE JAYS ARE IN!

With a 4-1 win over the Yankees, the Blue Jays have clinched a spot in the postseason!
Final from last night:
Cardinals 4, Brewers 2

Which means:
Final from last night:
Giants 5, Padres 4

The Rockies will finish 22nd.
Final from last night:
Dodgers 9, Angels 5

The Angels finish 21st.
Final from last night:
Athletics 3, Mariners 1

The final AL team on the outside looking in, the Mariners, are out.

Our 8 playoff teams have been decided.

The Mariners finish 20th.
By process of elimination, the Astros are the only AL team not yet in this thread. They have made it back to the playoffs by virtue of the Angels and Mariners losses.
Final: Nationals 4, Mets 3

The Mets finish 19th.
Final from last night:
Rays 4, Phillies 3

The Marlins will finish second in the NL East, and thus, in the playoffs.
