Students of the Lebanese University, I will do it on your behalf.

Why the Lebanese Univeristy is anything but a university: a thread.
This university and it's faculty hold themselves to a T-14 scale, when they fail to deliver on every imaginable level.
Outdated grading systems, outdated teaching methods, outdated classroom management techniques.
You do not need funds to achieve this, you need educated faculty.
The university fails miserably when it comes to conveying information to learners. Most professors rely on the "learn everything by hard for the exam" scenario, which fits one category of learners only, rather than proposing a mix of essays, quizzes and presentations.
Learners are required to attempt final examinations that measure their ability to gulp information in a short period of time, rather than their assimilation and academic innovation abilities. Therefore, graduates tend to find it difficult to adapt to their new jobs.
This university thinks it can compete with LAU, AUB, or even T-14 universities just because their students work hard. Wrong. This is not what a university is about. How smart and hardworking students are does not define how good a university is.
Grading seems to fluctuate between a department and another, showcasing a problem in consistency. Faculty tends to pride itself for grading 70/100 when the passing margin in 50. Ego seems to be a key player here: your students attend to learn, not to participate in war.
Lack of research skills, lack of presentation formation, lack of class' subject diversity, lack of management, you name it.
Having the word "University" adjacent to "Lebanese" does not make it one, and does not let it compete with actual education institutions.
This univeristy shows how incompetent the ruling oligarchy is, because at the end of the day, it is a governmental entity.
All what I have tackled does not need funds, it only needa educated faculty that stops telling peers "kenet eje 3l jem3a ta7et l asef".
I will add to my thread whatever students send me through DMs. Some Alumni cannot receive their diplomas from their alma mater.
