Step 1: Get up 1 hour earlier than you normally get up.
*This gives you the time to take control of your day.
1a. Begin your day with GRATITUDE.

*Spend 10 mins thinking about and WRITE down your top 3 things your grateful for. It is so important that you write it down.
*This gives you the time to take control of your day.

Step 2: Workout 20-30 mins. This gets your body ready to take on the challenges of the day.

Step 3: Meditation - Proven to help to control stress, anxiety, depression. 10 mins every morning.
