Hi so I’m going to say a couple of things regarding this situation. This thread will also have a comprehensive explanation on a lot of the logistical parts of all of this. While it won’t be triggering, I will put possible triggers just in case!

First and foremost, when you get kicked out of a big 3 company you’re effectively blacklisted. Other companies wouldn’t sign you even if they were desperate. Even if you do get signed, no broadcasting studio would every broadcast your work and you won’t be allowed on music shows
Nonetheless it wouldn’t happen cause after firing you JYP makes it a point to tell EVERY other company what it was you were fired for and that no other company should hire you
From a managerial standpoint(something I study in college) it makes no sense to hire someone who has been fired from a big company. They will bring you no profits and might even bring you a bad reputation.
Secondly JYP forbids not only his artists but every single one of his employees to go anywhere near any clubs like the one in Itaewon. If anyone catches you, you can bet you’ll be immediately fired
Third of all, the company is fake. The logo that was used is from a furniture company. The website used it a website that creates other websites and the name of the company was stolen from another company. Also all the social media for the company was created today

Fourth: the statement
I would like to start this by saying that from a PR perspective this is one of the most porely written statements I’ve ever seen. I as a freshman in highschool could have done better

Now to get into the nitty gritty. There are a couple huge red flags regarding this statement. Firstly he calls the accusations rumors. You cannot say that it says rumor cause of translation because the Korean word for accusations is 비날 or 고발
Second of all he talks about how he never met these women when none of the identities were ever disclosed so that was a straight lie.
Third of all, the statement was a notesapp statement with him talking about it for a maximum of 4 sentences and the rest of it was to promo his solo activities. There are more rumors that have come out but I won’t discuss them here. If you really wanna know DM me
The last thing I will mention in this thread is that there is security camera evidence of him being at that club. So if you needed more proof there it is.
I am absolutely disgusted with his actions and behavior. He 100% should know better and I pray that these girls get some peace and get the justice they deserve
