(1) A young man died last night after @OUC_DC dispatched @dcfireems to the wrong quadrant & street number on a cardiac arrest call. Fire & EMS sent to 22 M St NE instead of 222 M St SW. 4-minutes lost. Was the error by the 911 caller, call-taker, or both? (more)
(3) LISTEN: As usual, it took @dcfireems to catch the mistake. I've documented 39 bad addresses dispatched to @dcfireems since December & @OUC_DC claims there were only 21 total for fire, EMS & police from 2015 through 2019. Something isn't right here. (more)
(4) LISTEN: A 59-year-old woman died on June 5 after @OUC_DC dispatched @dcfireems to the wrong quadrant of the city. OUC still hasn't told us what occurred that caused them to send @dcfireems to the wrong address. (more)
(5) LISTEN: A child born in a Northwest apartment on May 17 was in cardiac arrest when @dcfireems arrived almost 45 minutes after the initial 911 call. @OUC_DC sent @dcfireems to the wrong address & we still don't know why. (more)
(7) Last week the @OUC_DC director told @kojoshow that "Dave Statter is not my oversight." I would gladly give up trying to perform that function if only we could just convince @charlesallen @CMCharlesAllen to finally take on that role. So far, he's shown little interest. (more)
