Since possibly last month in August, I now keep receiving Error Code 23400 instead of Error Code 20110 every time I try to connect to Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. I assume Nintendo is going to re-open Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection after having it shut down for over six years.

Is Nintendo really going to re-open Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, or it's just my internet connection? My internet connection is very fine, but I still keep receiving Error Code 23400! Maybe it's a Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection glitch that's happening to everyone worldwide?
