Might not be a blink account but no matter what the peak of #IceCream is on Top 20 of BBH100 we would like to say that this was a great achievement for @BLACKPINK in just 4 years to their career, charting higher than their own peak every year. (1)

The girls entered the Hot 100 in 2018 with D4, 2 years into their career at #55 and haven’t peaked lower than that despite only 2 singles after that in 2019 (KTL #41) and 2020 (HYLT #33) with a promo single in 2020 with the same peak! Ice Cream is gonna be their first Top 20. (2)

Without an album out @BLACKPINK has achieved more than any other group has achieved in 4 years and paved the way for many female Asian Acts. So don’t let anyone downplay their success because they are going to be bigger than ever, breaking records every year, every era! (3)

So no a Top 20 debut is great and not a flop for a 2nd single for their debut album. Their highest peak in 4 years to their career. Ice Cream can chart for more weeks with KTL (4 weeks) on the Hot 100 with Radio which their other singles did not have. Ice Cream is a success.
