The #BB22 houseguests all received bias training, yes. But this week made it abundantly clear that unconscious biases still exist in the house. From who they associate with to jokes made to how their emotions are being perceived. And we're seeing their effects firsthand

Unfortunately, this is one of those times when reality TV reflects reality. #BB22 reminds us that we can put up black squares, march in protests, and prune the branches all we want. But if the roots aren't dug up, the tree's still there

My heart goes out to the BIPOC #BB22 community. These are ugly things to watch. But I hope we can turn these events into actionable items outside the house, to make sure things like these stay within those four walls.
