No-one panics when kids imitate het relationships - in fact, they encourage it by talking about newborn baby boys as “ladykillers,” or saying the father of a newborn baby girl will have his “work cut out for him”. But they want to pretend children don’t know when they’re queer

I had my first “girlfriend” when I was 3 or 4. The nursery told my mum, she laughed about it & invited the girl round for tea. I was gay as hell from day one. Know what happened to me? I grew up secure & happy w my pansexuality even when bullied. Stop forcing your hate on kids.

When I was 15 a boy told me I should be burned alive for being queer. A teacher overheard him and simply turned away. Do you know how I might’ve reacted to that if I hadn’t been raised to see queerness as 100% normal? I had the confidence to ignore it

Be less concerned about nonsense and more worried about the actual endangerment queer kids face from every corner. Counteract factual harm instead of wanking over theoretical issues. FIX YOUR PRIORITIES.
