@Airtel_Presence I have platinum postpaid plan. My network frequently change from VoLTE to 2G (E) i was try to complain through Airtel Thanks app. But app it self said unable to process request.

@Airtel_Presence See priority Service for platinum customers.. No one try to resolve this problem.
