• i’m on a 200kcal/day limit
•friday i’m eating with my boyfriend so it’s my no restriction day of the week
monday !
breakfast : -2 rices cakes : 50kcal
-tiny chicken breast squares : 17kcal
-green tea jasmin : 0kcal

lunch : wakame algae salad : 103kcal
cucumber : 13kcal

dinner : skipped

total : 183kcal !
tuesday !
breakfast : -cucumber : 26kcal
-green tea jasmin : 0kcal

lunch : -white asparagus: 8kcal
-vegetables pancakes : 80kcal
-paprika : 30kcal
-peach : 36kcal
-almond milk : 25kcal

dinner : skipped

total : 193kcal !
+ i always skip dinner since my mom is ok with it, i also usually walk 3km a day and exercise everyday for an hour !
i also try to varie my alimentation daily so if you like this thread i’ll maybe try to do low cal meals and post it for y’all ? 👉🏼👈🏼
