It's also disappointing that, while other clubs are offering fans the ability to save seats for a year without any payment, Palace are asking fans to stump up ÂŁ200 just to keep theirs.
That they can only do this with proof of shielding from a doctor is completely unreasonable.

Factor in the 9 days fans have to make that decision (the renewal deadline is on the 11th of September) and the introduction V12 Retail Finance -- a loan provider that requires a credit check to pay in instalments -- and the entire episode leaves a very bitter taste.
Palace have been responsive to fan opinions in the past. This is one of those times where they should be responsive again.
