learning [song jiyang& #39;s "lonely town" fan dance performance]

[day 01]

watching the choreography 100x before diving into actually learning how to dance;

resorted to counting instead of outright copying the dancers;

able to dance the first 15 seconds (0.75x and brain/body lags);

a bit dizzy and legs/feet hurt;
day [02]

still on the first 15 seconds and slowed down speed;

repeats the steps until i get the hang of the rhythm and beat of the dance;

falls at the twirling part, hands are still flailing around;

thighs hurt the most, need efficascent oil;
day [03]

a complete practice was not possible;

my thighs, back, and shoulders hurt and it& #39;s painful to move a lot;

still praticed a little bit, for about 10 minutes only;

getting better at twirling and maintaining balance;
[day 04]

thighs doesn& #39;t hurt much anymore;

finally able to advance and can now dance at least the first verse;

staggering is now a rare occurence;

right wrist and foot hurts;
[day 05]

could now dance up until just the end of the pre-chorus;

unstable turns and incorrect leg/foot positions;

fan hold and line of sight are shaky and unsteady;

right knee, right foot, and both thighs hurt;
[day 06]

need to practice more turns to avoid tripping and falling;

arm positions and back posture are unstable;

line of sight is getting better, fan hold is not;

right foot, left wrist, and back hurt;
[rest day, i think]
[day 07]

pain lessened but it& #39;s still there;

changed the practice time;

reached the chorus with great difficulty;

the world is spinning and so am i (but i spin both ways);
[day 08]

i am still spinning;

i am now at just before the end, about a few moves left;

still staggers, especially at turns and twirls;

all my limbs hurt, my feet feel like they& #39;re about to break;
[day 09]

had to cut the practice session short because a headache had come to attack me;

reached the end but my eyes are endlessly spinning;

i am sleep-deprived;

i think my right arm would tear away anytime;
[rest day, again]

a bit better than yesterday but my body still feels sore and i still get dizzy;

light practice only;

fortunately, i can now rely on muscle memory so i don& #39;t stress myself too much;

still needs to polish here and there;
