Woke up today to a rather devastating news about a 13 yrs old mercilessly raped and then throttled to death. Her fault, you may ask? Open defecation. Her body was found with cold cuts especially on her tongue and eyes with the help of sharp sugarcane leaves.

Imagine finding anyone(age no bar) in that helpless state. I can't help but ponder how unimaginably terrible the sight must be, let alone the revelation that its their own daughter, lying there cold and ashen.

This thread is to all those heavily invested in the SSR's unfortunate death and looking for justice, to LET some bright news light fall on the atrocities meted out and collectively come up with measures to prevent the same. NEEDLESS TO SAY, this is important.

I desperately request all news channels to have discussions at length about effective preventive measures to put an end to such unthinkably heinous crimes @aajtak @republic @ZeeNews, rather than constantly invading someone's( ACCUSED OR NOT) personal space. Shamefully disgusting.
