Letter to Holyrood& #39;s Salmond inquiry from the former FM& #39;s lawyers - says ScotGov "continues to delay and to provide partial and incomplete evidence" and offers to go to court to secure release of judicial review documents (...if the committee pay for it) https://www.parliament.scot/HarassmentComplaintsCommittee/ASlegalletter.pdf">https://www.parliament.scot/Harassmen...
Alex Salmond& #39;s lawyers also say the Lord Advocate should be asked to approve disclosure of various documents from the *criminal* case - helpfully he& #39;s up before the committee shortly...
I would be reasonably surprised if the committee actually agreed to pay for Alex Salmond to go to the Court of Session over these documents, incidentally - but the threat alone is another way of putting pressure on the government to hand them over voluntarily
