CQL, due to censorship, is made incredibly wangxian centric. The two of them are glorified as figures who have never done anything wrong and their wrongdoings are pushed onto other characters. Which is why everyone else seems rash and illogical.

If you read the actual story, you’ll realise that all the characters are valid in where their feelings come from. And in fact even wwx has done a considerable amount of actions which are wrong. I’m begging everyone to please read the novel before making claims like the above.
