Just a reminder that most of your favourite game developers did not get their first big game job, or often any game job, directly out of school.

The game industry needs a better school to work pipeline for sure, but also breaking in sometimes just takes time. You& #39;re doing great.
The years from 18-25 can feel like they last for freaking EVER, and that if you don& #39;t get everything done by then you& #39;re worthless, irredeemable trash.

And after 25, things speed up, it often becomes easier, little stuff matters less, & those early years were the foundation.
Yes there are some amazing game developers who popped off at 19 or 22. You know of them because they& #39;re spectacular and won awards or have tons of twitter followers... but there are thousands of jobs in this industry, they& #39;re not the norm. Give yourself some patience & grace.
