Just a reminder that most of your favourite game developers did not get their first big game job, or often any game job, directly out of school.

The game industry needs a better school to work pipeline for sure, but also breaking in sometimes just takes time. You're doing great.
The years from 18-25 can feel like they last for freaking EVER, and that if you don't get everything done by then you're worthless, irredeemable trash.

And after 25, things speed up, it often becomes easier, little stuff matters less, & those early years were the foundation.
Yes there are some amazing game developers who popped off at 19 or 22. You know of them because they're spectacular and won awards or have tons of twitter followers... but there are thousands of jobs in this industry, they're not the norm. Give yourself some patience & grace.
