There are three levels
Meet YELLOW, a bit of a nuisance really so watch out!

... then there is AMBER, quite special and definitely lively so handle with extra special care and keep well in check ...

.. and then there is RED.
You really don't want to meet RED and that's a good thing because you very rarely see the two faces of RED 'snow' and 'wind'. When you do... well.....
