So I wanna share somethin& #39; with y& #39;all if ya don& #39;t mind. I& #39;m not much for promotin& #39; somethin, but in this case I& #39;d like to promote the New Jersey Film Festival. So the New Jersey Film Festival is an independent organization separate from Rutgers University & mainly run by student interns (including me :P). What we do is showcase & promote films made by independent film makers (local/international). At times we have a Q&A too.

We run the festival for most of the season (except winter). We were going to show films this summer but couldn& #39;t because of the pandemic. Now because of the pandemic regulations (& for the safety), we have switched to online screenings. But like the small businesses at this time_

Our festival hace taken a hard impact. So I& #39;m wondering if y& #39;all are interesting in either buying tickets which generally costs $12 to watch the films on demand on our website or just spreading the word. It& #39;ll not only help us but would Definetly help the Film Makers_

Because not only would you watch their film, you& #39;d also be helping spread awareness to their work. This Pandemic does hinder their work a bit & this festival is different than just watching them on Youtube/Vimeo. You& #39;d show support & even get a chance to see them on a Q&A session

Ya& #39;ll also be helping us financially to stay around to help showcase film makers work so that more people can watch. They& #39;re not you typical films that you& #39;ve seen in mainstream cinema. So if you like the obscure, wanna supprt or just wanna check it out, you& #39;re more than welcome.
