On how @binance 15min network error request cost me $20k

I have three position open
Algo 10x leverage
Lend 10x leverage
Btc position hedged

I use manual stop Whenever I'm monitoring my position..

I had a hard stop at $0.49 usdt on Algo and $0.67 usdt on my lend position. when the market started falling I put limit order on Algo at 0.49$ didn't went through through the price on futures was $0.4908

Market sold the position when price was $0.4762 position got executed..

.around $0.4262 with partial liquidations around $0.4362, $0.4162..
With lend trying to market sell around $0.67 the order didn't went through as all it was showing was 'Network request error' and 'No positon' glitches. The position use to appear/disappear in real time. @binance

The issue was not limited to app, I was auto logout of my web session and when I was trying to login it gave me multiple errors.

I made a appeal to binance customer service and its been 5days already since I last heard from them..I request the community to speak up to @binance..

..since its not the first time there was downtime when market was volatile.
I did try my best to capture all the glitches or screen grab whatever I could in those falling moments. I will update this thread when I hear from @Binance. In the meantime I request you all to retweet.
