5 - Mentor women in sports.
6 - Respect women in sports.

13 - Believe, support, listen, encourage, mentor & respect each other AS women in sports (females, esp. should have each other’s backs in an industry in which we face the same challenges). Men, obviously, need to step up but we must work WITH not against each other. (4/6 or so).
