Not if I was doing a thread of like, how the books are horrible and weird in general I would. I have a few opinions on how Mr. Harris and a few other horror writers of that time wrote women. But you guys have to know this is a HORROR novel. The point of it is to disgust you.

the point of taboo in fiction is that it makes you uncomfortable, it excites you for some reason. Like watching IT and being scared and excited at the jump scenes.
The new 'FICTION MAKES PEOPLE PEDOS' is really strange, if you think about all the men who wrote

horror like King and Harris, and how nobody things they are predators even though both these books have characters (like Masen) or that scene in IT where the kids are having orgy. It just. It's not how fiction works buddy. There's plenty of proof in horror that shows you why

that's not. Millions of MILLIONS of people have read the Hannibal series. MILLIONS of people have read IT. how many of those people do you think started murdering families and raping the mothers? Or how many people starting having child orgies in the sewers after reading IT?
