Tried to watch "Away" with my wife and she got up and left in the second scene when Hilary Swank's daughter asked a question of her mother my wife felt was unrealistic

My wife has watched 18 seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race covering versions of the show in three different countries

PS/ I am every bit as idiosyncratic as my wife in my multimedia viewing habits

Sesame Street excepted I dislike puppets intensely but for some reason consumed The Dark Crystal like it was crystal meth glaze on a bacon cheeseburger with garlic aioli

PS2/ I should add that my wife is almost always right, and almost none of the shows she's instinctively walked away from have turned out to be good, as I know from years spent continuing to watch the first episode of each in the hope that she'll turn out to be incorrect just once
