I feel so detached from people after I remove myself from them... it feels like whatever relationship we ever had didn’t even happen and when I think about it it feels fake, like it was a dream or something. what is that?
I just know it’s a word for this... it has something to do with my attachment style I think and how I probably heal ? Or avoid feeling? .. but seriously, it feels like all of it was just a figment of my imagination once it’s over and done with, Like it wasn’t real at all.
I am about to put the attachment styles below this tweet. Im pretty sure what I am describing is Avoidant attachment bc even when I’m actually IN something this comes out, not just when I leave... this read just did me dirty.

In conclusion... if you don’t have a secure attachment style, you need therapy and healing.
