According to the Faridkot Tika [the first translation of Guru Granth], the famous shabad "Poota Mata Ki Asees", was written by Guru Arjan conveying the blessing/prayer his mother Bibi Bhani gave to him when receiving the title of Guru at the age of 18.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਏ ਦਇਆਲ ਅਭੇਦ ਭਗਤ ਬੀਬੀ ਕਰੀ ॥
