• ask how you can HELP
• GET READY for periods of time when they have no energy, might be angry suddenly, and etc
• REASSURE them
• BE PATIENT
• give them space or attention when they need/want it
IF YOU HAVE A S/O THAT HAS ANXIETY PLEASE REMEMBER TO...
• talk to them CALMLY when they're anxious
• ASK what usually helps them calm down & adjust accordingly
• suggest activities that get them to focus on SOMETHING ELSE instead of the situation that is making them anxious
ALSO ADDING ON‼️ when your s/o is feeling anxious remember ask them to do the 5-1 method:
5 things you see
4 things you hear
3 things you can touch
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste

• be patient & communicate CLEARLY with them
• reassure them OFTEN!!
• DON'T get angry & say "you do this all the time"
• be affectionate!!
• get ready for random messages & times of insecurity
• be genuine & honest!!
