at the golden gate bridge, police are physically blocking black and brown folks from marching peacefully. organizers filed a permit a week ago and never got a response. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO WALK
their hands are literally on their guns, we are peaceful marchers THERE ARE CHILDREN HERE
when they closed the gate they trapped a handful of our people on the other side. this country and this city loves locking black and brown people in cages.
no one’s getting through, not even the medics trapped on the other side
they’re finally letting us through, the march was supposed to start an hour ago and we only JUST got through
a garbage truck passed by earlier, i wish they’d taken the trash with them
