A thread on how I still lose a decent amount of weight when eating 1-1.5 thousand calories a day:
1. Loads of water - I drink 2-3 litres of water a day to get rid of water weight so I know it’s fat I’m losing.
2. Walks - I go on 3-4 walks a week at least and i don’t count it as a workout.
3. 30+ minutes of stretching - also called hatha yoga and it burns an alright amount of calories and is fun to do.
4. Workout - I do at least 30 minutes a day and I love aerobics cause I don’t get out of breath and it’s really fun. I’m planning on starting a proper workout routine to build up some muscle cause it makes you look skinnier apparently
Extra - I tend not to water fast but liquid fast as I don’t binge after, I let myself eat anything - I usually get it all out then realise I don’t actually want some of it (this might just be me) I also clean and tidy up a lot as it burns more calories then expected
