The American state really kidnaps niggas suspected of “crime” and holds them for ransom (bond) in low level concentration camps (jails) thousands of times a day. If you can’t pay the ransom, you just gotta stay there until the state is prepared to prove your “guilt.”

When you get to trial, you are presumed guilty by everyone simply by virtue of being a nigga in court. If you can’t afford your own lawyer, the state assigns one of the prosecutor’s colleagues to “defend” you. For them it’s debate as pro sport, for you it’s life and death.

This state provided “defender” of yours has hundreds of other niggas to “defend”. He doesn’t know you, your history, your culture, your personality, even your name. You have to remind him every time you see him. Which is only at court. For him that’s just part of the job.

His job, as the broke nigga “defender” is to get your case “resolved” as quickly as possible. 9.7 times outta ten this means a plea deal. He and his homie (the prosecutor) painstakingly make you aware of the risks of refusing this “deal”

Back to the concentration camp. Possibly for years, or decades, or till death. Whatever comes first, nigga If you ever make it out, you will be under more overt state surveillance (parole) with the constant threat of being returned to camp. Make it easier everyone. Admit guilt

Traumatized, terrified, and TIRED, you agree (97% of the time at least). You admit “guilt” in open court in exchange for a “lighter” sentence. Back to the concentration camp. Or maybe the court boss (judge) will probate your sentence. So “just” the surveillance and threat thing.

There was never a trial. Never proof of guilt even presented in court. Never any defense. The whole thing was an organized robbery, that you will now pay the State for committing against you. You, the nigga, must pay reparations to state. The slave must pay for their enslavement

The colonized truly knows no other way. There must always be Law and Order. There can never be Justice. This is “civilization”. This is “progress”. At least the cops didn’t just kill you outright, right nigga? Right
