No leftist, ML or Anarchist, ever came to my childhood home with food or other goods.
What saved us from starving was charity from local churches. Southern Baptists.
The thing they loved handing out alongside food was a Bible and invitations to go to their church.
So we did.

If socialists don't perform similar work then someone else will. Someone with a more reactionary mindset.
I see "a fascist exercised today, did you?" To me, it seems to carry some truth, but ultimately the action it's calling one to is ineffectual.
