and click "Apply for Concert Information" after that they will be asking another email. Make sure your email is active and because they will send the code for the concert in the given email. *NOT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION* Please don't be confused. +

They actually have strict protocols for this concert. ANOTHER ONE, the email confirmation will not immediately be sent to your email. You need to wait for 30 seconds - 1 minute before you will receive them.
At the end you will be receiving something like this, proof that you have successfully applied. 
INCASE! they ask you for an English name all you need to do is remove the space. For example, your name is "Yoon Gi" and they won't accept it just remove the space and it will be "YoonGi"
