It's a pity that @riotjs_ isn't as popular as it deserves (yet). I've been vouching for it at my current job and I feel that people finally seem to be taking it seriously. ..I'm myself working on fixing that part whenever I have free time (e.g. Tori). @riotjs_ is my go to library on my own projects and I'm using it on two bigger products (one releasing this month).

Continued in this thread are few main points why I love Riot.
1. Creating small, simple components for ONLY the parts/elements of a SSR page I want to be interactive.
2. I notice myself writing simpler code with @riotjs_ thanks to it's functional programming approach.
3. HTML standard, no wonky framework specific attributes.

While there are plenty of other reasons to love @riotjs_, give it a chance if you already haven't. Use it for your next prototype. Build a small app. Create simple components to enhance your server-side rendered app.

Riot will cater to your needs.
