Bea will guide us through reflections on how we can undertake the necessary work needed to improve the diversity of our local sector. This is both within our own individual practice/independent theatre company, and within larger organisations. [2/4]

The session begin exploring how we equip ourselves with the skill to challenge, especially those well-intentioned but counterproductive actions. + help us understand how to get beyond stats; appreciating that whilst numbers are helpful, they don’t reflect the full picture. [3/4]
