Question for Christian folks - I saw someone elsewhere on twitter mention a "worship team" and I had no idea what they were talking about. Found this after googling and I have to say this does not resemble any church service I& #39;ve ever experienced.

Is this a widespread thing? I& #39;m not a believer but attend church services a couple of times a year as part of my local community and because my kids& #39; cub/scout groups often help out with church events.
