they can. That includes under 16 yr olds that come onto twitter hiding their accounts from their parents but usually either having their real name, their location on, or real email and phone number within their platform because they don’t know any better.

This is why I do not follow anyone without age verification or interact.

Pedophiles/predators run rampant throughout twitter preying on innocent young boys and girls who enter sex work & nsfw twt. They can cause harm and trauma to these children.

The 32% stat was creating july 20 which was the closest i could find. Also I DID check to see if it’s reputable and this website is backed up by many major companies that rely on statistics primarily from them
