Bail will have more stringent regulations. Rapists could potentially remain in jail from arrest to court date should they meet the criteria.

Domestic violence will now include relationships such as customary, engagements, dating, perceived sexual relationships. Domestic violence will ALSO now include abuse enforced on older members of a family.

A person who is AWARE of abuse or sexual abuse taking place WILL be arrested & charged as well!

You can now DIRECTLY report a police officer for failing to report your abuse/rape case
