Probably the best thing I read in this book.

“You’re bound to get bored of your daily task someday it’s natural happens with professionals too. You need to learn to fall in love with the boredom.”

Completed the first book. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Going to measure my performance for each book with Book Reading Speed (BRS) = Total pages/Days

Atomic Habits BRS 280/9 = 31.11

Idea is to improve this with each new book.

What I learned today, we all have ikigai we just have to look for it. It’s just a simple of concept of having the spirit of life. The difficult part is to finding the zen to get to it.

This one line stuck with me yesterday night. I feel so grateful for my life right now.

I think we all should ask this to ourselves from time to time. I have so much to live by and for 🏌️‍♂️

Something I was reminded about today was don’t give up fully go for it tell yourself just go for a 5 min job or just read one page of the book. It’ll automatically turn into a 2km or a chapter read

What I learned today,
Keep at it like it’s a ritual don’t think about the goal. The smallest of the achievements you make day by day should define your success not your final goal.

What I learned today,
Life is simple, you are born with the end goal to die so don't be afraid of death. Just make this journey the best. Eat well, sleep well, do what you love, and always have that something you hope for.
Day 15 | Book Reading Habit đź“–

What I learned today,
Eat till your stomach is 80% full, for a long and happy life eat healthy. How do you know that? Just make sure your plate is a rainbow with vegetables.

This wouldn’t stop me from the occasional take out though 🙊

Finished by 2nd boom, ikigai.

Brilliant read for anyone who wants to understand the simplest level of life. We all live complex lives doing so much but moving so less. Japanese centenarians do exactly the opposite. Move more.

This book rather than being intellectually amazing is giving me an idea about real life scenarios I see more. Interesting.

What I learned, all the work you do has dips the deeper the dip the more people quit, persist and you’ll come out best.
Day 18 | Booking Reading Habit đź“–

A simple yet amazing concept, if you start something persist through it. If you know you'll quit it someday quit before you start.

Effectively persist through things, where you don't quit 10 people quit. You keep rising above the crowd.

Yet again the same topic re-inforced to keep persisting but also realize when to quit.

Such a refreshing read to understand to quit someday.

3rd book done a brilliant one for anyone that wants to understand the art of entrepreneurship to a level when to pursue something and when to quit.

Next book Fast Food Genocide. This is a longer soon and I am super excited to read this one thinking how much I have started eating better food and how much better my body feels. But why did that happens. I am sure the answers are here.

This book really in hitting certain spots of my though process. How fast food impacts us and how many people think I’ll just burn it off at the gym or by running and keep stuffing fast food.

The impacts it has are much more than just waistline.
Day 22 | Book reading habit đź“–

This is book a little more scary for life I would say, but it’s the truth. Some things this book mentions really opens up my eyes to what I eat and how I eat.
Day 23 | Book Reading Habit đź“–

Read about how oils work and what’s good about them and what’s bad. How do they impact the body and what the boys produces with it. Interesting.
Changing this thread up.

It’s no more a daily progress, I will still read daily but it’s a habit now. The current book I am reading didn’t intrigue me much. Switching over to some story based books for a while, will post my reviews on this thread.
