oomfs, there has been a video circulating around facebook and tiktok especially of a man taking his own life on a live stream. If the video starts with this man please scroll past it. please stay safe

please do not spread the video around. For one, it’s extremely graphic and disrespectful. i hope his family is okay. rest easy.

i suggest you guys delete tiktok for a while because it’s been spreading like wildfire there. i’ve seen it through my fyp, and i don’t want anyone else to see it.

actually, it’s not just on tiktok and facebook. it’s spreading everywhere, which is not a surprise in the slightest please stay safe

people in the replies have been telling me that they saw the video and are disturbed by it. you’ll be okay. here’s a breathing excercise you can try that helped me calm down after seeing the video itself. please stay safe and don’t scroll too far into replies
