twitter, what is your favorite, metal-free notebook for people who actually use notebooks instead of collecting them to pet at 2am

I've been looking at maruman notebooks, but most of them have wire spirals and the quality might be too nice for me

I've been using a free swag notebook from IBM that I really like, but it's almost full

ok let's see, I use my notebook for everything? work notes, diagrams, story planning, todo lists, all in the same book

perhaps I should split it up but that's one more thing to misplace

I'm not a fancy bullet journal person or anything

my lovely IBM notebook is about 8x5", hard cover, elastic band to hold it close, ribbon to keep my place, narrow lined grid

oh I absolutely love touching a certain niche nerve that results in people talking to each other (not arguing) in my mentions

it's *almost* like listening to conversations in a cafe
