eggs: they have a lot of protein n keep u full for a while !! (plus they're only 70 calories each)
premiere protein shakes: once again these have a lot of protein (hence the name) n these keep u full 4 a while aswell as having v little carbs. [160 cal]
strawberry apple sauce: this is a good alternative 2 regular applesauce if u don't like it !! it's pretty fun 2 eat aswell because it's reddish/pink [90 cal]
veggie straws: they're super good 4 when u have cravings 4 chips and these r a healthier lower cal alternative [130 calories 4 38 chips]
cliff bars: these r super good but they're 240 cal :(( i'd reccomend these more for a high restrictor n they keep u full 4 longer !!
cherry tomatoes: these r super good 2 snack on !! they're also small n fruit so u don't have 2 worry about it being unhealthy 4 u :} [27 cal]
sugar free outshine bars: these have 2 be one of my favorites oh my god they're only 25 calories !!! but if you don't want ur parents being suspicious of you the non sugar free ones are 50-75 calories i believe,,?
cucumbers: i love 2 snack on these n if u don't like cucumbers plain u can salt them a bit !! they also take a while 2 finish, especially since one whole cucumber is 45 calories
monster: these usually take a day 2 drink and there are sugar free and low calorie options,,, [calories vary !!! but original is around 100 calories]
lotus biscotti cookies: these r super good and having them with some coffee they taste even better !! u can have 1 of them 4 25 calories and great if u have 2 eat infront of other people
pickles: they r labeled as 0 cal, but lose it labels them with calories,,, ?? even so they're super low cal n good :-)
gerber puffs: they're baby food but they're so so good i swear,,, n they're super low cal ?? don't flame me 4 this [60 cal 4 25 pieces!! also vegan]
sweetarts mini chews: aaaa these have 2 b my favorite candy, they're so good n super flavorful !! also, if u don't like them a lot of sweetarts candy tend 2 b low cal so dw :3 [20 pieces 4 50 cals]
cheerios: a rly good breakfast option if ur not able 2 make breakfast in the morning !! i usually eat these dry since they're 136 calories 4 a cup, but they're super good
