A topic I know very very well .. and I’m willing to share some of my tips and tricks to be able to kick it and not let it get the best of me
Do not look for drugs and alcohol to solve ya issues because it’s only gonna be temporary once that high wear off you gonna have to keep getting high and being drunk either gonna make the shit way worse or again it’ll be a temporary fix
Step 1. Acknowledge where the anxiety and depression is coming from! It may be from your current relationship, job, you home situation, whatever it is you have to dig deep and figure it out

When I went through certain shit I had to realize where it was coming from ( my current relationship at the time )and let completely go of it no matter how bad it hurted I had to

Know that no matter WHAT Golden is what you are solid !!! Is what you are !! SELF LOVE IS THE BEST LOVE YET !!!! knowing that’s your beautiful and or handsome knowing that your heart is pure knowing that your ambitious !! Become a boss even if you don’t have a business!

Don’t try and repaint an image of a person that’s showing you there true colors because what your going to get is a bunch of mixed emotions like you trying to mix those colors up that people are showing you, be GRATEFUL!! be HUMBLE !!! don’t think about the if ands or but’s
think about the FUTURE be blessed everyday ! Make a way for yourself STOP LOOKING FOR VALIDATION AND GIVE IT TO YOURSELF !!! get back up and try again be happy be healthy find something that genuinely makes you happy nobody will be able to get next to you or interrupt your peace!
