She could have bounced back by 1) properly working Witness singles to HAC radio 2) taking more advantage of Cozy Little Christmas and Who You Love 3) treating NRO like a proper lead single and using Con Calma remix as a launching pad for a true pop comeback

And there’s still hope because she can EASILY make the crossover to HAC/AC force like Kelly C or P!nk with some of these SMILE tracks.

She should also do more collaborations (not with Zedd chile, w people the kids listen to) and I think a foray to country music would do her well
