I just want to make sure nonblack people know that Black people are getting death threats just for drawing Black people

the next time you think "Black artists are getting more attention than me and it sucks" or "why can't i participate in x Black challenge" or "i wish my art got as much attention as x Black artist here," remember this.

this is why we must continue to put Black creatives at the forefront and go harder than ever before for them. This is why the conversation has been about Black artists for months. If you're not making way for Black artists right now, it speaks volumes, and we see you.
