In 2008 and 2012, 61.6% and 58.6% of eligible voters, voted! In 2016 only 58.1% of eligible voters voted.

To say the 2020 vote will determine whether democracy survives is the understatement of the year.

We only have 57 days to turn out the vote.

What can we do?....
@inspiredjen and the totaly awesome voluteers at @AoCChecklist have put together a well researched set of checklists to help us create the highest voter turnout ever recorded.
Because that is what it will take to restore decency, honesty, and integrity and to save democracy...

Step 2: Review your stateā€™s ballot measures: https://ballotpedia.org/2020_ballot_measures

Step 3: When available, review your districtā€™s sample ballot. (May not yet be available.): https://www.vote411.org/ballot

šŸŒŠAction 6: Hand deliver your ballot.

šŸ—³ļøIf it is legal to do so (check with your stateā€™s election official), hand deliver your ballot to your local elections office and find out if there are ballot drop boxes: https://www.usvotefoundation.org/vote/eoddomestic.htm
Or use curbside drop-off if available.
šŸŒŠAction 7: Mail in your ballot by October 20, 2020.

šŸ—³ļøGet stamps for your household (if needed)

šŸŒŠAction 8: Report voting issues or voter suppression. Call 866-OUR-VOTE.
