her pinned is this tweet, but if u search this pic on google, it pops this article (i translated into spanish but it was originally on french) so it makes sense since this acc is runned by a french girl, she probably searched a pic.

and she photoshopped the pic so it would look like she’s a teen when the girl of the original pic was 29 y/o

she also said she had bone cancer when the girl from the original pic had breast cancer.
